I dont think in words. Its all concepts ideas… things that I guess could be assigned words but none of them are from English or any other language I know.

Im a loner and not particularly fond of talking or sharing with others. For this reason I believe that Ive developed more as an island intellectually. It isnt necessary or practical for me to have words for my thoughts as I dont share them. Even if this post seems open. It seems likely that since most people share their thoughts with speach its easier to think in words. No conversion is necessary. For me English is more like a second language I speak it to communicate with those around me as they all speak it but its not what I think in.

So this is one way people can think without words.

I think ppl just think like in images. If not then everything must be on impulse or in a way they connect the feeling to the thought nothing else and mull over that. Its like when someone hits you and u get uncontrollable anger you dont say to urself im gona SMASH him you jsut turn and punch. It might be pure instinctive.
