how long will it take to get my nails to grow half of a inch?

i know i am eating right with all my vitamins and i never bite or cut my nails
and right now they are regular size. so how long would it take for them to grow half a inch
by the way my nails grow normal speed:
please help and any suggestions will be great

Idk really how long but i do know a secret: get a base coat and put garlic in the nail polish let it sit for 1 week and use it on ur nails ONLY FINGERS no toes it will make ur nails hard like fake ones and it will grow faster 2 times the speed
