Question by babblingbrooke026: does anyone have ideas on different kinds of liquid diet?
i have already lost a little weight but need to lose a couple of pounds more. does anyone know of any liquid diet recipes? like broth, the lemon juice and red pepper ( need recipe for this). please do not answer with slimfast, nutrisystem, ect. i dont want to buy anything online just want something i can do at home and is fairly easy. please help.

Blender + food = liquid diet.

Don’t use my liquid diet. Coffee when I wake up followed by low-alcohol beer all day.
If you are planning a liquid diet, I might suggest adding Ensure to the mix or at least a multi-vitamin. Have you considered fiber intake?
I also want to mention that animal studies have found that low calorie diets lead to longer life spans.

Don’t start any fad diet without consulting a nutritionist, please.
If you want to lose weight, eat less food and exercise more.
If you are obsessed with losing weight you might want to look at what ‘anorexia nervosa’ is.

What’s wrong with what hospitals give people when they are on liquid diets? Most people are not on liquid diets for more than a couple of days so why not:
Tomato juice, orange juice, apple juice, etc., Jello, water, beef or chicken broth from a can or boullion cube, teas of all kinds, coffee–even skim milk. Don’t forget cranberry, carrot and V8 juices are healthy, and most nectar juices are tasty.

Please avoid that lemon juice/cayenne pepper/maple syrup diet. It’s downright dangerous and the minute you come off it, you will immediately gain the weight back.
Your best way of losing weight quickly is by drinking a great deal of water each day and at least a 30 minute brisk walk.
There is no magic weight loss liquid diet, other than a large intake of water, a balanced diet and exercise.

why would you want to do that? Liquid diet are unhealthy. The best why to lose weight is thru eating health and exercising.
