Ok so i have a whole chicken without giblets and its weighs 1.16kg.

How long should i cook it for???

Please help

for about 11/2 hours. skin should be golden brown.

using a meat thermometer check the thickest part of the thigh near the end of cooking time. once the temp reads 180your chicken is done :

I bake my bird at 325 to 350F I make sure I baste the bird with the poultry drippings as it cooks. After an hour like an hour and ten and you dont have a thermometer. I use a skewer some birds cook differently to others.

I have found that if you place your bird on a cake cooling rack and add a glass of water to you baking dish making sure the water doesnt come up to your bird it serves a two fold purpose it helps with moisture and also with washing the damn baking dish later. lolol
