Answer #8

Leave the husk on and soak in water overnight. Then cook them right in the husk without foil or anything.

The wet husks cause the corn to steam nicely while cooking. Cook for about 25 minutes on the high grill and turn halfway thorugh.

you take the corn season it all up with the seasons you prefer and then wrap it in foil. I actually cooked this last night We always put our steaks on the lower rack and place the corn on the higher rack to prevent it from burning…..It is so good….mmm

take off the first few leaves pull out most of the silk and soak in water for at least an hour. throw it on the grill turning often.
every 5 minutes dip the whole ear of corn in a pan or bowl of water and cook for 20 to 30 minutes..
it will be so tender and juicy..
ps dont use foil it will take away the natural flavor of grilled food.
try it both ways and you will see what i mean

or

2. Pull off husks and silks cover with butter/pepper place in reynolds wrap and onto the grill

you can leave the husk on and put it directly on the grill. Or you can remove the husk place corn on a piece of tin foil. put butter salt other seasonings that you like and roll the tin foil around it and grill it that way. I would say for about 1015 minutes.

I think the best way to cook corn on the grill is to wrap it in foil first but first spread butter or margerine on it before completely wrapping it in foil. When you open the foil it will be completely done and dripping in butter or margerine.

We just peel it and throw it on the grill. Then cook it till it browns. If you dont like that yummy caramelized corn taste this isnt the method for you. One really good thing about this method is that its much easier to serve to a group off the Q and its ready to go no peeling hot corn no discarding butterdripping foil. Just eat

Answer #27

I dont bother with foil or shucking the corn… nothing. I just put the fresh corn on the back of the grill and turn it now and then. When the outer husks have browned and scorched real good about 20 25 minutes depending on the heat of your grill it is done. Allow it to cool enough that you can shuck it down to the kernels then take a paper towel and wipe away the silks. Butter it sprinkle salt over it and eat. Let everyone do their own except for any small children theyll need assistance of course.
