Rib Eye is the best and most flavorful. Not the cheapest not the most expensive though. Very good choice.

A Rib Eye Delmonico or NY Strip would be good. I like Rib Eyes.

Flat Iron or Sirloin are good more marbling the better in any steak. But Ribeye is a better steak but a little more expensive. Still not as high as TBone Porterhouse Strip or Filet Mignon. That should be close to the order from cheap to most expensive.
Flat Iron or Sirloin is wonderful if you marinate it in red wine or even zesty Italian dressing. It can be cooked without marinating also. The others I mention need no marinade…
Do not buy eye of round or round steak those require tenderizing thats not the cut you want to grill.
