Most of the free online sheets/tabs are illegal unless they are public domain. I came across http://www.writtenmelodies.net , they are trying to establish a sheet music sharing site for piano, guitar and everything else. I think in the long run it will be worth while to use this kind of site when other free/illegal sites are taken down.
