emergency 4 on vista help?

I have installed Emergency 4and but the time I wanted to Run the games it loads Intro and by the time it had to go into the game menu game stops and quits to Windows I have tried to set up compatibility mode for XP SP2 but with no sucess
Can anyone help me with this problem?PLS?
