Are the prices for the same car (e.g., Toyota RAV4) the same in different parts of the country, or different cities in a state (e.g., Connecticut)

yes yes and yes,the only difference is that sometimes a car is hot in one area and not in another so the dealer will pack the sticker if there is a shortage or the market is hot for a certain model

overall the msrp will be the same. But the tax title and licence will vary per state.
